The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community teaching hospital, we provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a wide variety of specialties. Staffed by our talented team of leading professionals, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides a wide array of services throughout the region, caring for patients from birth through the end of life.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to function as the case manager for patients in the Wound Center by coordinating all treatments in their plan of care under the direction of the Medical Director. You will participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary departments and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Qualifications

State of CT Registered Nurse; Must be Wound Care Certified or obtain certification within one year. Two to three years of experience in Wound Care or Burn Center preferred
