The General Operations Associate is essential to the overall operations of Central Region. Take part in this exciting opportunity to join our new support services float pool, which will allow you to gain experience and support multiple departments thoughout the hospital including Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition, and Patient Transport.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support in key operational departments. The General Operations Associate will be deployed to fill vacancies as well as support operations during times of staffing challenges. This versatile team member will be cross trained in multiple operational departments and develop skillsets that allow for flexibility in meeting the needs of department’s schedule. This position will help ensure operational proficiency and quality to better serve our patients, visitors and customers. Work in collaboration with the operations, nursing and leadership.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • CPR certification preferred, training opportunity available
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English 
  • Strong work ethic with ability to be agile and adapt and learn quickly
