Shift Details: Per Diem Medical Assistant with clinical and front desk experience. Clinic hours Mon-Fri 830a-5p, no weekends, or holidays.

We’re currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA) to join our department.

Responsible for a variety of patient care functions under the direction of physicians and mid-level providers. Greets & escorts patient to exam room. Obtains & records vital signs into the Electronic Medical Record. Maintains a safe & clean environment for the patient. Maintains equipment & supplies. Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with patients, families & coworkers. Performs additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications - External

High school diploma required.
1-2 years of Medical Assistant experience in a physician office setting or completion of a Medical Assistant program.

Critical Success Factors: Ability to work independently. Ability to remain calm and focus on patient needs in a stressful environment. Team Player. Knowledge of universal precautions. Sensitivity. Customer relations/service skills. Excellent communication and computer skills.
