The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.
Reports to the ITS BP Director or Lead as appropriate. Provides guidance and support for the ITS Business Partner Specialist. Interfaces with Business Management and ITS application leads and helps in the understanding of service gaps that need to be resolved. Proactive in rounding and documenting opportunities as related to improving the experience and quality of the ITS products being delivered. Assists the focus area to navigate ITS and enhance their information system solutions. Supports assigned Customer Group in all aspects of ITS requests with the support of the ITSBPD and sits on committee's and Customer groups to understand how to relate the business problems to ITS solutions and support
Support the coaching and mentoring of more junior staff while themselves being coached to fully support the needs of the customers they are responsible for supporting.
Participate in the reporting of budgets on a regular basis.
Supports Customer Groups. Proactively engages with understanding their pain points as it relates to ITS
Works with the Solution consultants as appropriate.
Engages in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Attend discovery meetings periodically to understand how solutions are determined.
Informed of customer Group portfolio.
Provides technical and application expertise to the Customer Group, either directly or indirectly through collaboration with ITS Solution Consultants.
Accountable to manage all requests for ITS services including consultation on completion of Intake documentation and monitoring of request status.
Rounding within the assigned Customer Group.
4 to 6 years of IT and business/industry work experience, and at least 2 years developing and executing strategic plans and/or project.
Strong analytical skills.
B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field.
Epic Certification or proficiency in at least one module to support Business Alignment.

Understanding of Enterprise technologies and where appropriate proficiencies in some of them.
