Job Description
Seeking individual who is skilled and knowledgeable in education to help us develop our colleague education program. This will include curriculum development, learner and teacher evaluation tools and observation, program improvement and expansion, and close collaboration with nurse educators.
The Colleague Education Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering educational experiences, tools and frameworks to support the growth and development of colleagues across HHCMG. Serve as the operational lead during the development, integration and execution of system-wide learning programs for all colleagues or audience segments and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals, operational objectives, and cultural requirements. Reports directly to the HHCMG Senior Director of Quality and Safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in education, organizational development/ organizational behavior or other related degree required. Master’s Degree in organizational development/ organizational behavior, education, MBA or other related degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a large organization and/or functional business unit required. Previous managerial/supervisor experience required. 5-7 years of experience working with organizational learning and leadership development in a large organization and/or functional business unit preferred.
