Basic Purpose of the Position:
Provide assistance coordinating Agency-wide Quality Management, Education and Training, Utilization Review, and Case Management initiatives
In general, most of the time will be spent in the following activities:
-Assists with coordination of orientation and in-service education programs Agency wide
-Coordinates preparation of Quality Audits, Statistical Outcome Reports, annual Program evaluation.
-Coordinates, attends and records minutes as needed
-Prepares and updates clinical policies and clinical policy manuals and other department related manuals.
-Assists with accreditation process and regulatory surveys.
-Assists with accreditation including telephone contact, correspondence, preparation of materials relating to accreditation, coordination of educational sessions and on-site surveys.
-Coordinates, mails and processes surveys related to customer satisfaction.
-Organizes and tracks concern forms and client incident reports throughout the Agency.
-Produces quarterly summary QA reports.
In addition, the position involves other duties such as:
Will actively participate in the performance improvement process known as H3W.
Performs other duties as assigned
Education: High School diploma or equivalent; one year of college or business school preferred.
Experience: Three years of administrative/secretarial experience
Skills: Computer literate; spreadsheets, graphs and charts; proofreading, language and mathematical skills; telephone skills.
