We offer a wide range of programs including Acute Care and Evaluation, Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, Intensive Outpatient programs and Community Support Programs. The Medical Navigator provides safe and appropriate basic patient care and administrative duties as needed, in order to assist patients in achieving established outcomes by collecting data points (e.g. vital signs and urine specimens) and other information to be utilized in assessment. These activities contribute to meeting the health care, safety and comfort needs of clients, and are performed in accordance with all existing regulatory, state and company standards, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent. Diploma from an accredited medical assistant program, Certified Nurse Assistant certification, or Medical Certification required
• One year of keyboarding and computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of drug & alcohol treatment or disease concept of addiction preferred.
