Provides general administrative support to Hartford HealthCare at Home.
Performs various duties for accounts payable preparation, time keeping, security badging, and fleet management. Files, maintains records, data entry, research and other clerical duties. Uses decision making ability to ensure proper account coding. Performs various duties assisting with time and attendance management.
Review Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy, assists in proper coding for cost centers.
Creates Purchase orders, requisitioning, receives goods using our PeopleSoft EProcurement platform. Provides in-house support for managers new to the EProcurement system within Homecare.
Assists with month-end preparation; reviews match exceptions, recurring liabilities.
Scheduling & Timekeeping:
Assists with time and attendance for payroll preparation
Kronos time management administrator for HHCAH.
Assists field offices and others with creating and maintaining schedules and reports.
Reviews employee records, notifying recruiting and managers of inconsistencies.
Creates schedules within Kronos.
Assist with time entry to time management system weekly.
Prepares Excel spreadsheets for payroll upload.
Manage PPV productivity template to review approval, scrub data, work with managers for corrections, upload finalized template to payroll.
Prepares monthly mileage templates for reimbursement for homecare.
Maintains, modifies and creates employee badges.
Organizes daily work and information to maintain efficiency and confidentiality.
Review and analysis for fleet management & maintenance with the Community Network. This includes: requesting purchase orders, approving service requests, maintaining vehicle lease information, Geotab GPS, and fuel.
Acts as liaison to HHC and Me, Kronos, Payroll, and Accounts Payable. As a liaison, the Administrative Associate III are routinely requested to research and review and assist in special project assignments.
Perform other related duties as required.
High School diploma or equivalent
Associates Degree in business or health related field
3 years of office/business experience
3 years of office/business experience in a health related field
