Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time board certified/eligible Geriatrician to join our growing Geriatrics program. Clinical responsibilities include geriatric consult and rounding in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.  Potential for Medical Directorships.  Phone On-call is minimal.
