Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is the premier rehabilitation provider in Connecticut. We provide rehabilitation services across the continuum - acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient centers, and in community settings such as senior centers, work sites, and schools and colleges. We offer over 30 outpatient locations with a variety of specialists, including oncology, women’s health, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language, we are known for our commitment to high quality, customer focused outcomes.
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) who has a passion towards best practices for patient care in the area(s) of outpatient orthopedics with in the area of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder dysfunction. Optimally, the candidate will have CHT credentials or be in the process of achieving this distinction. Experience and advanced training in outpatient orthopedics is required.

Our outpatient office in West Hartford is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) driven by excellence. We support our local high school and athletes with our Sports Medicine Program and work in partnership with our ATC and physician colleagues to provide seamless coordinated care. We also provide care for the Headache population, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Safe Steps Program, Total joints from the Bone and joint Institute, and general orthopedic neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
The Occupational Therapist (OT) independently evaluates, determines the treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, restore and remediate, in order to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Reports to Manager.
