Our current Rehab Aide opening is with MidState Medical Center. Weekend coverage required. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant performs delegated functions as a member of the rehabilitation team by providing multi-skilled services. This role contributes to the successful operation of the work area, and functions in accordance with all existing regulatory and company standards, policies and procedures. Reports to Therapy Supervisor.

High School graduate or equivalent required.
Patient care experience highly preferred, one or more years of hospital experience as rehab aide preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Computer literacy
• CPR validation may be required within 3 months of hire depending upon work area specific requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required
