The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.
In this role, the HR Business Partner will execute on human resources strategies to support the needs of several different business lines within the SSO. Partners directly with SVPs and VPs and serve as a consultant to these business leaders on talent strategy, organizational design and effectiveness, executive leadership coaching, workforce planning, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or business or business administration or closely related field with equivalent training and experience required. Master’s degree in HR management, Organizational Behavior preferred.
