Job Description:

Manages the planning, design, development, and implementation of distributed information systems throughout the OR and Procedural areas to provide business solutions to customers which will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their service delivery.  This position may have management responsibilities.  Partner with ITS, develop priorities for work requests. Reports to Project Manager or Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Minimum seven years of analysis experience in an information systems environment.
  • Minimum five years of programming including experience in a distributed systems development environment.
  • Previous experience in health care delivery systems.
  • Project leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate strategic plans.
  • Strong PC and analytic skills required.
  • Previous management skills preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
