We are seeking LPNs to assist with the coronavirus vaccination distribution. Duties may include reviewing protocols and age-specific vaccine requirements prior to opening of the clinic, confirmation of patient identity, completion of client consent forms, vaccine preparation and administration, disposing of bio-hazardous waste in the appropriate and prescribed manner, and other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and inpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills required. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
