Job Schedule: Part Time
Standard Hours: 40
Job Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: Weekly Rotating schedule M-F 6:00a,-2:30pm 7:30am-4p 8:30am-5p Occasional Saturdays

Job summary:

Operates digital (and analog) mammography equipment and performs procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast medias to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the breast. Reports to Unit Leader. 




 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Graduation from an AMA accredited Radiography program.
  • ARRT credentialed Radiology Technologist.
  • CT Radiographer license.  Advanced certification by ARRT is preferred.
  • Maintains continuing education units specific to mammography.
  • Knowledgeable of a vast array of products for needle localizations and stereotactic biopsies.
