Job Summary

Supervises drivers who transport clients using Rushford vehicles and transports clients using Rushford vehicles, when needed. Develops, assigns, and maintains efficient inbound/outbound routes for the drivers. Communicates with drivers, clients, parents/guardians, and clinical staff on a daily basis to determine their transportation needs. Coordinates food, mail, and special deliveries within the Rushford network.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least a Public Service License and the ability to maintain such.
  • Previous experience as a driver of customers within a healthcare or similar company preferred.
  • Proven ability to read maps. Keep clear, up-to-date, and accurate records.
  • Must possess excellent communication/organizational skills, superior ability to deal effectively with people, and be able to troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment
