The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.
Reports to the ITS BP Director or Lead as appropriate. Serves as the liason between the customer groups and the ITS departments. Is responsible for documentation and statusing of all ITS intake requests. Helps to monitor the intake of general work and assists in the collection of metrics to illuminate service quality and gaps to our customers. In addition to strong customer service skills will have some technical or application knowledge to help support the users in their use of ITS.
Perform the customer service and intake aspects of the business partner under the direction of their ITS Lead.
Participate in the reporting of budgets on a regular basis.
Engages in customer relationships with customers they are assigned to work with.
Works with senior business partners to understand decisions supporting the customer needs.
Engages in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Attend discovery meetings periodically to understand how solutions are determined.
Informed of customer group portfolio.
Provides technical and application expertise to the Customer Group, either directly or indirectly through collaboration with ITS Solution Consultants.
Accountable to manage all requests for ITS services including consultation on completion of Intake documentation and monitoring of request status.Rounding as appropriate.
1 to 3 years of IT and business/industry work experience and at least 1 year developing and executing strategic plans and/or project.
B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field.
Epic Certification or proficiency in at least one module to support Business Alignment
