Through our dedicated, experienced and skilled clinicians, we provide patients and their families with the highest quality of personalized care. Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.



Job Summary

Development of treatment plans for all Residential Clients in two programs.  Serves as primary liaison/point of contact for collaborative community and clinical contacts.  Responsible for the assisting in the professional development of residential staff in the area of clinical competency in all domains.  Continuous assessment of treatment interventions and procedure to ensure clients are receiving the best, most effective care possible.  

Qualifications

  • MSW, PhD or PsyD prior to licensure. All are expected to be in the process of pursuing licensure per credentialing requirements.
    -- OR --
  • Master's degree with current Connecticut certification as an Alcohol/Drug Counselor (CADC) required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates competencies, including knowledge and behaviors, to meet age specific patient needs.
  • Bilingual preferred.
