Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is the premier rehabilitation provider in Connecticut. We provide rehabilitation services across the continuum - acute care hospitals, long term care facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation, homecare, outpatient centers, and in community settings such as senior centers, work sites, and schools and colleges. We offer over 30 outpatient locations with a variety of specialists, including oncology, women’s health, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language, we are known for our commitment to high quality, customer focused outcomes.

Overview
Our outpatient office in Glastonbury is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) driven by excellence. We support our local high school and athletes with our Sports Medicine Program and work in partnership with our ATC and physician colleagues to provide seamless coordinated care. We also provide care for the Headache population, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Safe Steps Program, Total joints from the Bone and joint Institute, and general orthopedic neuromusculoskeletal conditions. 

Position Specifics
Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is looking for a Physical Therapist/Senior Clinician with experience in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence and pelvic pain. HHCRN is part of an integrated healthcare system and there is opportunity to interact and collaborate with physicians, mid-level practitioners and other therapists treating this patient population. In addition, there is an opportunity to treat other patient populations (ortho, oncology, neuro) if interested. Our current opportunity is at our outpatient clinic located in Glastonbury.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical

  Therapy Association school, BS degree or entry level master's degree.
• Preference for clinicians with pelvic health certifications.

• CT active or temporary license.
