Shift Details: Every other weekend and some evening hours.

At Mulberry Gardens, our assisted living community offers supportive living environments as well as specialized care for those with early memory loss. Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life - we offer assisted living and adult day care programs so residents can live their lives to the fullest.

Ability to assist in the development and implementation of activities required. The ability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents to participate daily is required. Creativity and motivational skills are necessary.

Qualifications

 

 
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Compassionate approach to older adults 
• Previous experience in recreational therapy or related field is preferred
• Gerontology/Dementia experience preferred
• Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English.
