Job Summary


Works in conjunction with the Program Coordinator to provide day-to-day supervision of the program's staff members. Assists the Coordinator in the maintenance of all required program documentation, statistical reporting and other records necessary to ensure effective service delivery. Helps to maintain daily staff schedules and ensures all shifts are appropriately covered.


  • Bachelors Degree preferred in a human services field with experience working with the severe and persistently mentally ill or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years experience working with the severe and persistently mentally ill, one year of which is in a community mental health setting.
  • Requires current, valid Connecticut Driver’s License.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a closely related field.
