Summary:

Responsible for providing leadership in the development, validation, production phases of analytical work undertaken in the Center for Anti-infective Research and Development (CAIRD) with a major focus on HPLC methodologies. Incumbents will have the responsibility for conduct of research experiments and data integrity as it pertains to analytical methods.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS or PhD in Chemistry or related science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, drug development and / or discovery.

  • Must have strong background in HPLC method development and validation.

  • Excellent skills in collecting data and accurately maintaining laboratory notebooks required.

  • Expert level of technical skills.

  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills for collaboration both within and outside the CAIRD.
