Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine Physician for a multi-specialty, multi-provider, primary care practice seeing patients aged birth to geriatrics (no OB) in the  town of Plainfield, Connecticut just minutes from the Rhode Island border.    

 

Position details:

• Family Medicine Primary Care (birth and up, no OB)
• Full-time, weekdays only
• No weekends
• Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Qualifications

•  A passion for providing patient-centered, primary care, focused on quality, prevention and education
•  A willingness to work closely and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team including behavioral health professionals
•  Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license
•  Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of program completion) in Family Medicine
