Jefferson House was the first nursing home opened in the state of Connecticut. We are very proud of our long history as a non-profit organization and member of the Hartford Healthcare community. We provide excellent long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to seniors in the greater Hartford area.

Qualifications
· Connecticut RN License
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
· Strong Team Player
· Compassionate approach to older adults
· New graduates will require one year of experience to become competent, with an evaluation at 6 months to assess progress
