Job Schedule: Full Time
Standard Hours: 36
Job Shift: Shift 1
Shift Details: Every other weekend, 36 hours day/nights

The Institute of Living, one of the first mental health centers in the U.S., remains one of America’s leading not-for-profit centers for patient care, research and education in the fields of behavioral, psychiatric and addiction disorder. Through our dedicated, experienced and skilled clinicians, we provide patients and their families with the highest quality of personalized care. Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.

Job Summary
Manages a work area or specific function to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered by the department in support of the hospital’s strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience managing and developing employees
• Current CT RN license required without restriction, to the extent allowed by State and Federal law
• Specialization in function and/or specific work experience typically required
• Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal
