Assists the audiologist in the daily administrative and tasks surrounding hearing aid delivery:

• Performs biologic listening checks on equipment
• Conducts telephone inquiries
• Does in-office repairs and modifications
• Maintains inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
• Assists in rooming patients
• Schedules and registers patients

Qualifications

• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
• Basic knowledge of hearing aids to perform listening checks and evaluate hearing aid functionality
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must speak clearly and have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. 
• Must be able to work collaboratively with others. 
• Must be patient and be able to communicate with hearing impaired patients over the telephone. 
• Excellent telephone skills and record keeping ability
