Southington Care Center (SCC) is a 130-bed skilled nursing center that specializes in rehabilitation services and long-term care for our local community members. SCC is a great place to utilize your assessment skills to improve outcomes and is led by an experienced and stable management team. Qualifications
· Current Connecticut LPN license required
