Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is a 122-bed, general acute care community hospital located in Torrington, Connecticut, that serves as a regional health care resource for the 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment.
LPN is licensed to perform selected tasks and share responsibility under the direction of a registered nurse or an advanced practice registered nurse; and provide care within the framework of supportive and restorative care, health counseling and teaching. LPN will provide patients with routine care as well as collaborating with the team to monitor patient conditions. LPN will deliver care according to the appropriate scope of practice in the acute care, hospital setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
Must have demonstrated appropriate clinical knowledge to evaluate and treat patients
Experience: 1 or more years’ experience working in a similar role as an LPN or patient care technician
