Geriatrician Details:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Geriatric trained physician for a 100% Geriatric patient population, performing Geriatric consults in the outpatient clinic and SNF settings.

Role: Geriatrics

Location: Torrington, CT

Setting: Outpatient Clinic and SNF

Schedule:  Full-time, weekdays only

Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Geriatrics 

 Preferred:

• Fellowship trained in Geriatrics
