Nuclear Medicine is a fast paced and intricate department of Radiology. Our department has 1 SPECT/CT, 1 SPECT and 1 single head camera. As well as a PET/CT unit. This department performs new and advances procedures on all varieties of patients from neonatal to geriatric patients. We are involved in cutting edge research projects.

Job Summary:

Operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for Nuclear Radiologic studies by following professional and departmental protocols to provide the physician diagnostic images to identify and/or plan appropriate treatment for the patient's condition. Reports to: Clinical Nuclear Medical Supervisor.

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.

  • NMTCB or ARRT (N) license.

  • CT Advanced certification by ARRT required after 12 months of employment unless otherwise documented and agreed upon by Director and Human Resources.

  • Previous Nuclear Medicine experience in a hospital setting preferred. 

  • New Graduates encouraged to apply
