Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticut’s leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Job Summary
Ensures optimal drug therapy by designing therapy, monitoring and dispensing medications, and directing the work of supportive staff to maximize positive patient outcomes. Reports to: Pharmacy Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Pharmacy required.
• Required to show copy of valid Connecticut Pharmacy license, provide documentation of Title ACPE # and amount of credit before February 1st of every year.
• Pharmacy residency or other advanced training desired.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Good problem solving, communication, collaboration, and counseling skills are required.
