Description:

Assists the unit supervisor in maintaining an efficient and effective working environment. Provides knowledge and training of staff to enable them to perform all tasks assigned accurately. Reports to the supervisor and assumes responsibility for the operation of the unit in the absence of the supervisor. Performs monthly quality reviews, answers questions on the floor and assists with queries/emails from other areas.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required
• Some college education preferred
• Three year previous patient accounts experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.
