The Clinical Intelligence Project Coordinator will work on the Clinical Intelligence team to perform project management duties that support analytics initiatives, to plan, execute and complete analytics projects.  The candidate will have the benefit of training and exposure through mentorship, project partnerships and formal training through the Project Management Office.



  • Bachelors’ Degree required


  • Working in the health care industry preferred
  • Demonstrated high-level organizational experience
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO), preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a project-focused role in operations, clinical Intelligence or analytics preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Epic reporting applications or Visual Analytics is highly desired
  • Knowledge of QlikView/QlikSense is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Project management software
  • Interest in a Project Management Professional (PMP) track

  • Knowledge of basic project management principles and terms
  • Knowledge of basic change management principles and terms
  • Knowledge of basic information technology policies, procedures and best practices
  • Requires standard computer skills (e.g., generating spreadsheet or word processing macros; developing templates; preparing presentations)
