Position Summary
The Learning & Development Coordinator supports development and implementation of best in class learning and leadership development experiences and solutions.  Provides multi-skilled support and high-quality service to customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinates events, participant registrations and access to resources and learning platforms
  • Manages internal communications and special projects
  • Monitors and responds to inquiries about LDI Leadership Development Institute (LDI) programs, products and services
  • Develops and maintains the learning intranet and SharePoint sites
  • Acts as the Learning Management System liaison for LDI
  • Supports on-time delivery of the recognition and awards programs
  • Supports and engages in the design and implementation of system-wide training programs
  • Serves as Producer for select live virtual learning events
  • Support key learning initiatives by using sound problem solving and project management
  • Monitors the budget, maintains supplies and equipment orders, and processes invoices, and guides team members in procurement processes and standards
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with business partners
  • Collects and inputs data, and runs and reports the evaluation of strategies and programs to support learning and system goals
  • Recommends improvements to programs and practices

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in related field and/or familiarity with administrative support practices.
  • Computer skills and use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Publisher and Outlook, SharePoint, and Survey Monkey.
