The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

Department Description:
Integrated Care Partners (ICP) is a physician-led, clinically integrated health care network whose mission is to assist our members in providing the highest quality care at the most reasonable cost for our patients in the current, rapidly changing medical environment.
Position Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will support the development of Managed Care revenue and cost database, including trend reports and dashboards (by line of business, by payer, by place of service, by provider, by unit cost/utilization/provider mix/service mix, etc.) utilizing multiple data sources including but not limited to Epsi, Epic, etc.
They will work with Director of Payer Analytics and Manager of Payer Analytics to identify Managed Care reporting needs, define report specifications, and produce reports that support business decisions, effectively communicating with a non-analytical audience as needed.
On a monthly basis, produce and analyze Managed Care standard reports and dashboards and drill into variances to determine drivers, collaborating with Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, and Finance teams to identifying revenue and cost drivers, and development and monitor remediation activities as appropriate.
Finally, they will support Managed Care ad-hoc analytics related to legislative updates, payer policy changes, growth initiatives, or any myriad of revenue drivers as identified. Support Director with participation and execution of responsibilities related to Enterprise Analytics workgroup and platform development.
Position Responsibilities:
Reports To: Director of Payer Analytics.
Qualifications
Education: BA/BS degree is required. Prefer BA/BA in Health Care, Finance or Mathematics, Computer Science
Experience: At least two (2) years of data management and reporting experience with a health care focus. Prefer five (5)+ years of data management and reporting experience with a health care focus Hospital and physician contracting experience.
Experience in SQL/Tableau would
