The Vice President of Operations, under the direction of the President
and in collaboration with the executive team, will provide leadership and
direction for the operations of the region while furthering the mission, vision
and values of Hartford HealthCare. The
Vice President will align operational performance with the goals and objectives
of the system and add value by ensuring strong operations management while
demonstrating a keen focus on performance improvement, safety, service
excellence and cost management.

degree is required. Master’s Degree in Health Care, Management or Business
Administration or other closely related field is required.
