The Regional Director is responsible for setting the vision and
managing the clinical operations of Perioperative Services for both Backus
Hospital and Windham Hospital. The Director will collaborate with physician
leaders, the management team and relevant clinical and administrative leaders
to ensure that the highest level of quality patient care is delivered. Working
closely with the Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Regional Director
will improve operating results across the entire Perioperative Services line by
creating an integrated service line business plan and operational metrics that
align with the achievement of key regional and system strategic objectives.
