Job Summary
The Pharmacy Project Coordinator plays in integral role in the planning an execution of pharmacy initiatives around Hartford HealthCare. The Project Coordinator works with stakeholders inside and outside of pharmacy to ensure projects are completed successfully and in a timely manner. The Pharmacy Project Coordinator can bring different experiences of value to pharmacy such as business planning or informatics that will be leveraged to meet system goals. They will receive additional project planning training from the Project Management Office to enhance their skill set. The Pharmacy Project Coordinator also serves as a member of the System Pharmacy Leadership team and can provide a non-pharmacist perspective for group consideration in strategic goal planning.
Qualifications
Experience:
• Project management experience in a business, government and/or academic setting.
Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of basic project management principles and terms
• Knowledge of basic change management principles and terms
• Knowledge of basic information technology policies, procedures and best practices
• Requires standard computer skills (e.g., generating spreadsheet or word processing macros; developing templates; preparing presentations)
