Job Description:

The Call Center Staffing Analyst II is responsible for providing a great customer and employee experience by effectively delivering both real-time management and volume forecasting and staffing trends through data analysis with the purpose of optimizing and allocating resources to achieve business objectives within the Access Center. Analyzes attrition, and develops hiring plans for long and short range planning efforts. Proactively presents hiring needs to Access Center Leadership to allow for new hire recruitment. Creates long term, interim and short term forecasts and staffing recommendations for inbound and outbound volumes for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Works closely with the Access Center leadership team to assist in enforcing call center metric goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Relevant Work Force Management experience
• Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
