The Staffing Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing efficient, safe staffing strategies that enhances HHC’s commitment to patient excellence and fiscal responsibility. Provides daily and weekly reports to leadership teams on census, staff allocation, resources, and demands. Works closely with managers, directors, and nursing coordinators to provide transparency and validate financial accountability. Helps to maintain and communicate accurate daily staffing. Works with confidential and sensitive information including but not limited to, team member data and organizational data.  Provides data and timekeeping reporting. Works closely with staff and managers to meet staff expectations and unit needs. Updates and cost shifts staff appropriately. Provides units with accurate and timely assignment sheets weekly.  Meets with managers to provide schedules with even coverage. Tracks and inputs PTO, holiday, and weekend commitments. Processes and tracks accuracy of employee timecards.

Qualifications

Required:

High School graduate or equivalent

Three (3) years staffing coordinator or similar role experience PAA or secretarial and or scheduling experience.

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor’s in business administration or similar relevant field

Kronos EKG Dimensions knowledge, Excel, word, and power point
