Job Summary 

The Business System Analyst will participate in the design, development and on-going production support of Cardiovascular information systems which integrates throughout the hospital enterprise to provide business solutions to customers, and will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department’s service delivery.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health/Computer Science or related field or equivalent analytical experience required.

Experience 

• Experience in Healthcare and communication with providers strongly preferred
• Project Management of acquisitions, expansions, moves, and new equipment. 
• Ability to provide on-site go live training support

• Ability to learn and understand clinical workflows and the resulting integration with EPIC Software System including Cardiology equipment.

• Ability to collect and analyze healthcare data and clearly communicate the results to providers
• Experience with training and staff/user development
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with supporting workflow integration

• Ability to travel and on call responsibilities as required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Ability to independently plan, organize, develop prioritize and execute decisions
• Presents as detail oriented with strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation required
