The Workforce Coordinator will provide support to the Central Region on workforce initiatives related to talent. Meet regularly with Human Resources and Business Leaders for direction on how to support implementation of talent initiatives. Represent the Central Region in various internal talent related initiatives as well as various external events.

This customer service focused role contributes to the effectiveness of the Central Region talent workforce initiatives by handling day to day administrative responsibilities including answering questions from potential candidates and former HHC employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred 

Experience:

  • Customer Services 
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

  •  Comfort and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving customer service environment with patience, flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with social media platforms and new technology
  • Proficient skills in windows-based software (including word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation programs). 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments, employees, physicians and managers. 
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Engaging, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
