Job Summary:
Under the general leadership of the Regional Manager Public Safety, the Public Safety Supervisor oversees public safety staff; maintains the safety and security of the hospital to ensure safety and security of hospital staff, patients, and visitors; promotes professionalism within the public safety team by coordinating and monitoring the operational effectiveness of staff in delivery of service.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED required. Associates Degree preferred
Completion of college level criminal justice/Security Management courses
Two years of law enforcement, military, corrections, public safety or emergency services experience required.
Valid driver's license
Previous supervisory experience
Experience in a healthcare security setting
