Hartford HealthCare Central Region is actively looking for an Operations Manager (PA, APRN, RN) to join their dynamic team with Neuroscience.  This position may require travel 1-2 days/week to MidState Medical Center/The Hospital of Central Connecticut.

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager, Neuroscience, assists in defining and coordinating the Neuroscience services in the Central Region. The Manager is responsible for assisting the Regional Director in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the regional neuroscience services, including Neurology, Neurosurgery, Sleep Centers, Pain Management, and Neurodiagnostic services. The manager partners with colleagues in both the Central Region and Ayer Neuroscience Institute to  establish strategic goals and budgets to achieve optimal financial performance, patient, employee and physician satisfaction targets, policies/procedures and quality outcomes.

The Operations Manager, Neuroscience, assists in defining and coordinating the Neuroscience services in the Central Region. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, Nursing, or other relevant field.  Master’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, or other relevant field preferred.
  • At least 1 year project management experience, supervisory experience, or Master’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of managing and developing employees preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
