Job Summary:

Provides a full range of varied, multi-skilled administrative support to CESI Operations under general direction that requires creativity, and independent, discretionary judgment, and confidentiality to ensure that the needs of the internal and external customer are met.  Reports to CESI Operations Account Manager.

 

Key areas of responsibility

  • Provides efficient, accurate and timely administrative support to contribute to the success of CESI. Responsibilities include the preparation and generation of varied reports, monthly billing, maintaining schedules, processing payments, customer support, and working with the CESI team to ensure seamless and successful client programs. 
  • Supports the Hartford Hospital EMT and Paramedic schools classes, including maintaining class schedules, providing administrative support to instructors, processing student payments, updating marketing materials, and working with the team to coordinate the state exam.
  • Collaborates with the AHA Coordinator to ensure AHA requirements are being met, including that classes are promoted, instructors are assigned, training modules are uploaded, rosters are processed and certifications are sent, and troubleshooting issues for students.
  • Provides ultimate customer service to our internal and external clients by communicating clearly and respectfully, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and collaborating with the team to troubleshooting issues and look for solutions.
  • Supports general CESI operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required.
  • Additional education preferred.
  • One to two years previous secretarial experience.
  • Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer.
  • Good communications skills.
