The Tallwood Urology and Kidney Institute Team

Hartford Healthcare Medical Group is hiring Per Diem Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners (APRN) to join the renowned Tallwood Urology and Kidney Institute. This team takes an Interdisciplinary approach, working with fellowship trained urologists covering specialty areas including General Urology, Men’s Health & Sexual Function, Pelvic Health & Incontinence, Chronic Kidney disease, Kidney Stones, Urogynecology, and Urologic Cancer, along with a wide range of conditions and treatments.

Per Diem - Shift

Per Diem Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners (APRN) are responsible to cover weekend Call for a minimum of one weekend every other month for community hospitals in the greater Hartford region. Each community hospital has the support of hospitalists as well as an on-call board certified urologist. Call starts on Friday at 6pm through Monday at 6am. Per Diem Advance Practitioners are responsible for patient rounding in the acute care setting for two hours on Saturday and two hours on Sunday.
