The Program Manager, Early Careerist collaboratively works with the Director of University Relations to support Hartford HealthCare’s best in class University Relation initiatives in a multi-level Governance structure to execute on the program’s strategic vision to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:
Partners with hiring managers to align high potential Interns/Fellows into our talent pipelines.
Manages priorities against timelines, foster relationships, recruitment of respective students and drive successful performance, while tracking outcomes and developing metrics.
Responsible for building and driving all campus recruiting efforts for intern and graduate programs, while managing the Program’s development and coordination of students, academic relationships in partnership with executives / line leaders to meet strategic initiatives.
Interacts with interns/fellows, and creates, manages program events (including, orientation, surveys, learnings).
Consults in the development and implementation of our Pipeline Programs that aligns to standardized business goals and objectives.
Works collaboratively with business area leaders to create Brand Ambassadors for the Programs.
Collaborates with external communications team to develop marketing strategies to promote Programs. Stays abreast to changes within the industry and utilize social media attraction strategies.
Monitors progress against the plans and budgets including periodic schedule and cost reporting reports.
Collects and analyzes data while, creating an effective evaluation model including the development of key performance indexes, dashboards and other reporting mechanisms to effectively demonstrate and communicate the value proposition of the programs.
3-5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Previous corporate or healthcare recruitment experience is desirable
Experience in campus recruitment or marketing preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
A passion for leading, shaping, and refining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs that optimize talent acquisition and talent development is preferred.
Demonstrate managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
Creativity in hiring events.
Must possess experience in a collegiate environment and have the ability to interact with faculty and administrator.
Excellent verbal communications and presentation development skills (PowerPoint) are required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint…)
Ability to effectively plan, manage and prioritize multiple projects at a variety of stages.
Must be able to work independently and also within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate extremely strong analytical skills, as well as personal organizational skills.
Exhibit a collaborative work style within a multi-national company.
This position requires travel for campus activities, etc.
The ability to represent Talent Acquisition within Hartford HealthCare, as well as outside of the organization.
