The Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute focuses on offering our cancer patients an unparalleled network of coordinated services– all under one roof. The Patient Ambassador is an intricate member to the oncology team functioning as a member of the cancer center staff. The Patient Ambassador will be focused on customer service, assuring all patients and visitors are welcomed into the center and receive the hospitality needed in order to meet their needs.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of Three (3) or more years of healthcare setting in a customer service related position required.
