Responsibilities:

  • Builds a relationship and understands the needs of Directors to schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manages calendar to ensure efficient and effective support for the Quality and Safety Department

  • Coordinates activities that support the Performance Improvement and Quality Management processes, including but not limited to, processing invoices, setting up conference room technology, managing supplies, making arrangements for travel, completing travel and expense reimbursements, managing meeting material including copying

  • Takes minutes/notes and handles follow-up for department meetings and as required, for the Regional Quality and Safety Department meetings

  • Prepares and designs PowerPoint presentations, drafts agendas, drafts internal communications and other department material

  • Supports data entry, aggregation and presentation using Excel and other programs for Quality and Safety Department projects, as assigned

  • Constantly seeks ways to improve departmental processes, products and policies. Creates and documents standard work to ensure effective process management strategies

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required;  Associates Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years administrative support experiences required, project management experience a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
