The Administrative Project Coordinator will support the Manager with gathering resources and information to implement upcoming projects. Other responsibilities can include ad hoc reports as requested, various coordinating tasks, along with other administrative duties. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:

  • Manage projects within the practice- related to physician and advanced practitioner on-boarding, access, performance improvement planning, professional and hospital billing.
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
  • Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives



  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred


  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Healthcare/ Physician Office Setting.

Critical Success Factors:

  • Working knowledge of Epic
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills  with employees, physicians, the public, and management in courteous and professional manner
  • Process assigned duties and work independently in an efficient and organized manner and work in a multi-task environment
  • Research and resolve problems and discrepancies and identify emerging issues and communicate them to management
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations or Excel reports when needed
